Becky Lemke, George Boal, Kay Mancuso, Mike Mancuso Jr, Beverly Soteros, Janice Mancuso,Sam Mancuso, Carlo Mancuso, Renee Remines. This post, and your cancelled check is your receipt. 
Those who have made other payment arrangements know from speaking with me that they are good to go.

While I’m here, I noticed a typo in the Family Recipes category and corrected it. While I was doing that, I wondered for the umpteenth time how to make pumpkin flowers. They were what, squash flowers with egg and cheese, fried in a pan with some oil? Does anyone have a recipe? They’re obviously not in sync with current “healthy” eating, but for a good treat once in a while, who cares?
If anyone has a recipe, I’d love to post it for you.
Hm–I went to check the forums because of an email from Mike and found that they seem to have eaten themselves. I’ll see what I can do to get them back. Thanks for your patience, folks.
Thank you to Becky! She has alerted us to a reservation problem at the hotel. The block of rooms was not large enough for our needs and she was unable to make the reduced rate reservation. Dad has been in touch with the hotel and the issue has been resolved. Please contact 877-584-6835 to make your reservations. If you have any problem at all ask to speak with Ruthie Allred in group sales… she will handle things for you.

Hello All! First and foremost, please be sure to make your hotel reservations. The cut-off date for this is Sunday, May 21st! Also the phone number to call for Mancuso reservations is… 877-584-6835. Keep in mind, though the reunion dates are Thurs 06/22/06 through Sunday 06/25/06 the reduced rates are available for your benefit beginning Tues 06/20/06 and ending Sun 06/25/06 (with a Monday am checkout).
After much checking around, we finally settled on the locations for a reception on Thursday evening and group Dinner on Saturday. Much planning and research was done to ensure our meals are pleasing and affordable.
On the original agenda we had said that the reception would be held at the hotel. The cost for this, however, and for the Saturday dinner at that location, were considerably more than expected. On to plan B…
We confirmed a reception at the “Wild, Wild, West” which is diagonally across from the hotel from 6:30PM until 9:30PM on Thursday evening. We are looking forward to this. The Thursday receptions have truly become an outstanding kick-off to our reunion events! The menu will include finger foods, soft drinks, water and coffee. Cash bar will be available.
For our Saturday evening group Dinner we will gather at the Olive Garden at 1545 East Flamingo Road. Dinner will begin at 6:30PM. The menu here will include your choice of four Italian entrées plus soup, salad, breadsticks and beverages.
The total cost, per individual, for both meals combined is:
Teen to Adult - $37.00
Children – ages 5 through 11 - $27.00
Using the enclosed form (copy also available at our website next week – www.mancusoreunion.com), please take an accurate count of who will attend from your group. This completed list plus a check for the amount due should be mailed to the address below for receipt by April 30, 2006.

This week marks the final selection of food for the 2006 Mancuso Reunion in Las Vegas. Look for a posting on this site over the next week letting you know of the menu plans for our two group meals. (One hard copy mailing will be sent to family branch as well). Much planning and research has gone into this aspect of our plans to ensure food is tasty, affordable and crowd pleasing!
We’ve heard from many who plan to attend and encourage you to make your hotel reservations ASAP if you haven’t already.
